Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in engineering science
Five years of engineering experience
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems management
Capital project coordination and supervision
OSHA, DEC, EPA compliance knowledge
Third-party contractor management
Utility usage monitoring and sustainability

2D AutoCAD proficiency for site drawings
Strong supervisory and communication skills
