Job Summary
This position is responsible for the operation, installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment, furniture systems and machinery in support of the Cooperative's strategic initiatives.
The role includes performing minor electrical repairs, monitoring construction by outside contractors, and actively participating in the emergency response process and fire brigade duties.
Candidates must possess five years of experience in commercial facility maintenance including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generator and UPS equipment to qualify for this role.
