Job Summary

• This position exists to provide support to customers in the role of Investigative Trainer, bridging the gap between customer requirements and production outcome as a subject matter expert on LexisNexis and Accurint TraX solutions.
• The role requires a highly skilled and proficient user of Accurint TraX resources and the investigative process utilized for cellular devices, training and educating internal and external customers.
• The role functions as a key driver of managing LexisNexis Risk Solutions revenue through effective integration and management of key accounts’ education programs.
