  • Associate's degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus three (3) years of experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two
  • High School diploma plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
