  • Take full accountability for your store, driving disciplined standards across presentation, stock flow, and service while managing sales, wages, and costs with commercial awareness.
  • Receive a predictable two-week roster with consistent hours, every second Saturday off, no Sunday work, three consecutive days off each fortnight, and above Award hourly rates.
