Job Summary
The Treatment Nurse is responsible for monitoring resident skin integrity, administering treatments, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with federal and state guidelines.
Provide specialized skin care and wound treatment services to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with staff education related to skin integrity and treatment protocols as requested by nursing leadership.
