  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations and environmental services within a skilled nursing facility to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain life safety programs, including emergency preparedness plans, and ensure ongoing compliance with CDPH regulations and life safety codes.
  • Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team, coordinate with external vendors, and conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
