  • This role is responsible for owning the adoption strategy for Copilot, Rovo, and DevX agentic capabilities across enterprise teams.
  • The incumbent will orchestrate enablement, change management, and value realization while embedding AI-SDLC and RAI checkpoints into workflows.
  • Success requires managing training delivery, tracking adoption metrics, and ensuring governance compliance through coordinated stakeholder leadership.
