Key Requirements

  • Dietitian certification by Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Licensure by Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IL) or Department of Safety and Professional Services (WI)
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Graduate Degree depending on CDR registration date
  • Completion of ACEND accredited supervised practice program
  • Didactic clinical nutrition experience from ACEND approved program
