Prepares food for guests as assigned by management and Stand Lead, while following guidelines.
Operates all Kitchen/Stand equipment safely and correctly, evaluates food before serving to ensure standards are met, and consults with Stand Lead and/or Manager on any concerns.
Follows all food handling guidelines, including time and temperature requirements, and assists in cleaning the stand after every shift.
