Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and section heads on the scheduling of activities to be executed, according to the criteria and priorities established for each activity.
Analyze and manage restrictions identified by subcontractors, supervisors, or section heads, and follow up on the lifting of restrictions by each responsible party.
Measure the compliance of scheduled activities for subcontractors, crews, and others, and track the total workload of each subcontractor.
