Job Summary

  • Develop training workplans and drive the implementation of programmes that empower learning through acquiring of knowledge and skills among MPA staff.
  • Organize and/or conduct programmes to equip MPA officers with the knowledge and skills to perform his job productively and work with relevant line divisions to develop and regularly review training curricula.
  • Engage and manage adjunct trainers and training partners, establish partnerships with public agencies, industry, schools and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and spearhead knowledge sharing among MPA officers.
