We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to support enterprise HR and IT processes.
You will work across the full application development lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution design, scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience with employee center, HR cases, lifecycle events, SLAs, and ITSM processes
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
