Job Summary

  • Design and develop the operating system to support quality performance priorities and strategy, including Sourcing Quality MORs, WORs, and Daily Management.
  • Drive problem solving for Sourcing quality KPI gaps across the enterprise and lead strategic breakthroughs with Zero Defect transformation.
  • Serve as a coach, facilitator, educator, advocate, and accountability partner to the cross-functional quality team to drive standards and improve problem-solving skills.
