The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or resident abuse.
This role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to maintain a positive and calm environment throughout the unit.
