Job Summary

  • This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets.
  • The Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients existing systems including building automation, energy management, maintenance programs and life-cycle asset management approach.
  • Acting as a technical subject matter expert you will be supported in achieving external qualifications and becoming globally recognized in RAM.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred)
  • 5-10 years experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods
  • Experience with building automation and energy management systems
  • Thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning
  • Experience with automated fault detection & diagnostics
  • Experience in critical/regulated environments preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types
  • Ability to use variety of CMMS and IT tools
  • Certified Reliability Leader preferred
  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional preferred
  • Level 2 thermography certification preferred
  • Level 2 vibration certification preferred
  • Level 2 ultrasound certification preferred
