Job Summary

  • Manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle from receipt through payment processing for creator and influencer invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all creator billing matters, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant with Statements of Work (SOWs), and processed through HubSpot in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and update creator account information in HubSpot and internal systems, while generating and analyzing invoicing and accounts receivable reports.
