  • The Excellence & Experience Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Operations & Advisory strategy and leading the Operation Excellence and Experience teams.
  • This role involves setting continuous improvement strategies, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, and strategically collecting and listening to the Voice of Customer to enhance service performance, quality, and customer experience.
