The Excellence & Experience Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Operations & Advisory strategy and leading the Operation Excellence and Experience teams.
This role involves setting continuous improvement strategies, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, and strategically collecting and listening to the Voice of Customer to enhance service performance, quality, and customer experience.
