Job Summary
The main mission consists of deploying the global and local HR roadmap within the production site, under the responsibility of the HR Manager of the Private Label BU.
Support employee training and development, animate talent reviews and manager coaching, and advise operational staff on all HR areas.
Manage daily social relations in conjunction with the Plant Director, promote Essity culture, and lead change in necessary organizational adaptations.
