The role is responsible for managing all aspects of targeted regional accounts to ensure appropriate access to argenx portfolio products across channel and vertical segments.
Candidates must possess a broad network of relationships with key stakeholders including CEOs, CMOs, and Directors of Pharmacy to execute the access strategy.
The position offers a competitive base salary range of $200,000.00 - $275,000.00 USD along with short-term and long-term incentive programs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
4 years targeted payer account management
Launch experience in medical pharmacy benefits
Knowledge of Medicare Part B/D and Medicaid
Established contacts with regional payers
Experience in rare disease or immunology
Nice-to-have
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinking with execution capabilities
Deep understanding of US healthcare policy
Ability to translate complex policy to impact
High ethical standards and compliance mindset
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
Minimum 4 years primary management of payer accounts
Recent launch experience in Medical and Pharmacy benefit products
Orphan and rare disease experience required
Residency in SC, GA, TN, FL, AL, or NC states
