Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required within 90 days if not currently held
  • Three or more years hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
  • Valid driver's license
