  • This position is responsible for coordination, organization, and scheduling of shift teams activities within the Operations department, including managing of resources and leadership of the Operations shifts to ensure that shift targets are met.
  • Activities include coordination of operations team to meet production schedule in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner, completion of pulse walkdowns, troubleshooting of process issues, and review and approval of completed batch records.
  • The role offers exposure to multiple new technologies shaping future biopharmaceutical industry trends, opportunities to work in global cross-platform initiatives, and support for further development through an educational assistance program.
