Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of facility operations and environmental services within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain life safety programs, including emergency preparedness plans and fire safety systems, while ensuring ongoing compliance with CDPH regulations.
Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team, coordinate with external vendors, and conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
