  • Responsible for advising managers and HR Business Partners on employee and/or labor relations situations, policy interpretation, and legal compliance.
  • Conducts confidential, objective, and thorough investigations, prepares reports, and provides consultation on action plans.
  • Partners with Centers of Excellence and Office of General Counsel on complex cases, negotiations, and arbitrations, and manages accommodation requests.
