Responsible for advising managers and HR Business Partners on employee and/or labor relations situations, policy interpretation, and legal compliance.
Conducts confidential, objective, and thorough investigations, prepares reports, and provides consultation on action plans.
Partners with Centers of Excellence and Office of General Counsel on complex cases, negotiations, and arbitrations, and manages accommodation requests.
