• The Senior Director, Pre-Access is responsible for leading all Pre-Access related functions including administering, coordinating and reviewing the performance of their assigned Scheduling team.
• This leader will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve processes, promote operational efficiency, enhance the patient experience and meet regulatory compliance guidelines.

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle or Patient Access experience
• Healthcare provider finance operations experience
• Experience managing multiple health systems
• Financial and project management experience
• CRCR certification required within first 9 months
• CHAM preferred
