Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Active LSW and documented group therapy experience
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • LCDC I, LCDC II, or LCDC III licensure
  • Current, unencumbered Ohio clinical license
  • Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
