The role requires active participation in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and coordinating nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
Essential duties include managing staff availability, conducting daily rounds to ensure acceptable nursing standards, and participating in committee meetings such as Infection Control and Quality Assessment.
