The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma practices, and be comfortable leading multi-functional teams

  • Experience with CI, LEAN, OPEX, LSS tools
  • Manufacturing/operations, supply chain, finance experience
  • Experience organizing and leading multi-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in change management
  • LSS Black Belt or above preferred
