Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and safety policies

Key Requirements
