The job holder will be responsible for driving change within HR team, drum beating transversal projects within the HR team, supporting Head of HR, APAC to track and manage team objectives & performances, as well as build up team spirit & culture.
The job holder will use strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication, to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The job holder is also responsible for the Ethics & Compliance topics and cases for East Asia to support Airbus' Ethics & Compliance goals in the Region.
