The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in a construction management role, and will oversee operational scheduling and team performance

Job Summary

  • The Resource Planning Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of resource planning activities to optimize B&M cost while balancing cycle time, crew optimization and geographic distribution of work.
  • This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week at our Division Office located in Schaumburg, Illinois.
  • Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Plan and medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
