Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven enterprise data management leadership experience
  • Strong DAMA‑DMBOK knowledge
  • Experience with data governance, quality, metadata, and MDM
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing, multidisciplinary teams
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®); EDM Council DCAM or CDMC
