Job Summary
The Operations and Visual Manager is responsible for ALO’s operational and visual strategy in the store, focusing on inventory management, labor planning, and visual execution to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.
This role involves investigating inventory accuracy issues, championing strong visual standards using business performance data, and supporting sell-through management by coordinating labor for efficient product delivery.
The position also requires representing the business in meetings, managing budgets and business data in partnership with the General Manager, and leading a team through accountability, coaching, and talent development.
