Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods in OR
On-call coverage evenings weekends holidays
Fluency in written and spoken English

Previous clinical experience nursing or PT
Experience with Mako robotic technology
Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environment
Community service or leadership involvement
