The engineer will drive timely resolution of support cases, assist customers during PoC cycles, and own the highest-severity escalations and RCA activities.

Salary
Base: USD 111,000 - 211,000 (Colorado); Base: USD 105,500 - 243,000 (Georgia & Texas); Variable incentives may also be offered

Must-have
7+ years technical experience in virtualization
Expertise in hypervisor internals and orchestration
Deep knowledge of multi-tenant architectures
Proven track record leading escalations and RCAs
Ability to troubleshoot complex compute storage networking
Nice-to-have
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Mentoring capabilities for less experienced engineers

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
7+ years of deep technical experience in virtualization or cloud management
Experience dealing with difficult people and process situations
