  • This role is responsible for supporting RSM’s Outsourced Solution business operations, ensuring data accuracy, smoothly running processes, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Manage, maintain, and analyze high-volume operational data sets—including tracking and updating information for a large client portfolio (600+ clients and growing) with a high level of accuracy—to support informed decision-making, operational performance monitoring, and productivity improvements.
