Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development
  • at least 5 years in leadership roles managing enterprise-wide training programs
  • Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale training initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles
  • Strong business acumen with ability to align learning strategies to organizational goals
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise operating within a GxP environment
