Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room setup

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
