This role includes conducting monthly outreach calls to assess refill needs and patient wellbeing, as well as managing prior authorizations and financial assistance.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years relevant experience
Licensed pharmacy technician by Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
PTCB National Certification required
1 year ASHP/ACPE Accredited Technician Training or certificate program
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
