The HCM/Recruiting Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s HCM solution for our Financial Services, Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments.
Key responsibilities include becoming an expert in the Workday HCM and Recruiting product suite, providing FSI and PS industry perspective, and performing configurations, demonstrations, and client testing.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
