Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will support customers in integrating new functionalities like ETS, IATCI links, and self-service check-in tools.
  • Candidates must be willing to work midshifts (EMEA time) including weekends and holidays while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with implementation or product analysis
  • Willingness to work hybrid setup in BGC Taguig

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience in travel or airline industry
  • Exposure to Customer or Flight Management systems
  • Previous experience with Departure Control Systems
  • Knowledge of EMD, Self Service Check-In, FM Mobile
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements easily

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Prior experience in implementation, technical, functional, or product analysis roles
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
