This role reports directly to the senior finance leader in GMD and indirectly to the Plant Manager, partnering with operating leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing plant budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, communicating financial results, and identifying improvement opportunities and risks.
The position requires strong collaboration, judgment, decision-making, accuracy, creativity, and initiative to support production and financial management.
