Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and selection

Clear communication, expectation management, and negotiation
Focus on metrics, compliance, and process quality
Influence and relationship building with stakeholders
