The ABB Lean Challenge Program is a global initiative structured as a competition, connecting ABB with universities and new talents to apply continuous improvement concepts in a global industrial environment.
Participants will develop real Continuous Improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the internal Quality Wins program within the Electrification area, aiming to identify and eliminate waste and optimize processes.
The program offers participation in a structured global program, exposure to leadership, international networking opportunities, and technical and behavioral development in a high-performance environment.
