Key Requirements

  • 6-10 years' experience in facility management
  • Familiarity with critical facilities equipment and systems
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS
  • Operational experience with BACS (SCADA, Lighting, HVAC, security)
  • Financial acumen managing budgets
  • Available 24/7 as needed
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Supervisor ability to oversee work quality
