Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to perform assembly and inspection operations over a range of products and processes while adhering to strict quality and safety policies.
Employees will set up equipment, assemble component parts according to prints, and visually inspect completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.

Salary
Base: $18.75-$27.50; Shift Differential: 15%; Incentives: Cash-based pay-for-performance program available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years light assembly experience
Regulated industry background required
Ability to read detailed instructions
Proficiency with microscopes and measuring devices
Nice-to-have
Medical device experience preferred
IPC soldering standards certification desired
Welding or material science training preferred
One-year related quality experience preferred
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
