The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and hygiene while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent monitoring of resident conditions, accurate documentation of vitals and intake, and immediate reporting of any accidents, incidents, or changes in health status.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Effective communication with nursing team
Ability to work flexible shifts including PM or NOC
Experience with restorative procedures
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of HIPAA and protected health information laws
