Job Summary
With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance activities for projects in North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri provinces, ensuring timely submission of funding requests and accurate financial data management.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, support audits and donor reviews, and enforce compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Grant management in NGO environment
Budgeting and forecasting for donor projects
Financial reporting and analysis
Compliance with donor financial policies
Use of Sun Systems accounting software
Coordination with partners and stakeholders
Nice-to-have
Experience with UNICEF project management
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to work independently under pressure
Fluency in French and English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
First degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA preferred
Minimum 3 years grant management experience in NGO
Knowledge of GAAP and WVI FPP
Experience with Sun Systems, Vision XL and Vision Executive
