  • As the Assistant Village Manager, you will assist the Village Manager in implementing operational plans, supporting sales and managing day-to-day activities in one or more of the Retirement Villages.
  • The Assistant Village Manager is committed to providing resident focused service and a ‘sense of place’ in the village by initiate actions that generate measurable benefits to residents, their families and team members.

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of older people
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Manage and prioritise workloads
  • Office administration and financial management experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of current WH&S regulations
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
