Job Summary

• The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of the field technical staff, including formal supervisory responsibilities for a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Core duties include building a technically strong and cohesive team while maintaining a strong partnership with sales to retain base business and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the field service team perform with accuracy and completeness.

• High School Diploma with 8+ years' experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience
• Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% overnight
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
